With every “Offseason Outlook” you do I’m getting more and more excited for the 2013 NFL Season.

I’ve always questioned our hitting development in the minors where they seem to preach ‘contact hitting’, going opposite field, etc… But it definitely seems our pitching development is being hindered by the same philosophy of pitching to contact instead of getting OUTS. Not sure the shuffle of coaching will do anything to change a 30 year old mindset of the “twins way”.

I find it interesting that you brought up and used as relevant information Carroll’s contract. How much are we paying Burnett and how much is his performance “worth”?
