Dozier is the best guy we’ve had at that position since Knoblauch.

Your comment about about Polanco displacing Dozier in 2017 is interesting in that Polanco should be out of options that year. I personally think he’ll be ready long before that, and the Twins should trade Dozier at his high point (perhaps next summer). Don’t think that’s going to happen, though, for many reasons, none of which have to do with Polanco being ready.
