Tuesday Update

This is going to be a short update, because I'm surprisingly busy, but I feel the need to point out that I'm typing this very sentence while sitting in the middle of a Cal Ripken Jr. press conference. A surreal moment, for sure. For those of you who didn't follow my advice to check NBCSports.com throughout the day yesterday, here's a link to all of my Monday updates. And here's a link to Tuesday's updates, so you can simply "reload" that page every once in a while to get the new stuff.

On the Twins front ... the Official Twins Beat Writer of AG.com, LaVelle E. Neal III, was extremely nice and even let me tag along with him for a couple trips around the jam-packed lobby Monday. I also met Kelly Thesier, who covers the Twins for MLB.com. While chatting with them, and various other people, I learned that the feeling seems to be that the Twins will eventually re-sign Rondell White and continue to look for a "veteran" starting pitcher. If a significant trade happens, a reliever is likely to leave. Of course, you could learn most of that by just reading LEN3's article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

More later, I'm sure ...
