  1. Hey guys… love the podcast… try to listen as much as I can. One quibble on Eduardo Escobar. I understand regression to the mean and BABIP and that his .414 BABIP, K/BB, and K% ratios suggest he’ll regress significantly. However, he is stinging the ball recently. I’m not sure how they quantify line drives or how accurate his LD numbers are, they say 34 percent of his batted balls were liners in May. But my point is that BABIP on line drives is significantly higher, so if he can keep barreling up pitches, his production should be fine.

Anyway, I maintain that he could be a top 15 major league shortstop (factoring in defense and hitting/etc). That’s not bad, we can roll with that.

  2. Will Aaron ever write another Twins-related column? Or has he been reduced to just Podcasts and Link-O-ramas? His fans want to know.
